Agreement and eligibility

Glooply is developed and operated by Elias David Ceriola. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any additional age requirements that apply where you live. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms with you.

Your account

You may begin with a guest account or use an available sign-in method. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for providing accurate information. Link a guest account before changing devices or removing the app if you wish to retain access to your progress. Guest access may not be recoverable if its credentials are lost.

Learning content

Glooply provides quizzes, explanations, progress tracking, and related study tools for educational use. Content, including AI-generated quizzes and coaching, may contain mistakes or omissions. Verify important information against reliable learning materials. Glooply does not guarantee academic results, examination success, or professional competence, and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Acceptable use

Use Glooply lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate scores, distribute harmful or unlawful content, or use automated tools to extract content without permission. Do not submit personal information about others without an appropriate basis to do so.

Your content and sharing

You retain any rights you hold in material you submit. You grant permission to process that material as needed to operate the features you use. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit it. Custom topics may be reviewed and included in the shared library.

If you share a challenge, its link may reveal the challenge details, your display name, and shared results to anyone who receives it. Consider what you share before distributing a link.

Subscriptions and purchases

Glooply Pro is optional. The app presents available features, price, billing period, and any trial conditions before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the purchase terms shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.

Canceling generally prevents the next renewal while access continues through the current paid period. Deleting the app or your Glooply account does not cancel a subscription. Apple processes App Store purchases and refund requests under its Media Services terms and applicable law.

Rights in the service

The app, website, branding, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms and any applicable App Store license, you may use Glooply for personal learning. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its content to you.

Availability and account closure

Features and content may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. Access may be limited or suspended to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Changes to paid features remain subject to applicable consumer rights and purchase terms.

Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights available where you live.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Glooply. Applicable App Store license terms also govern your use of the downloaded app.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The latest revision date appears above. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
