Privacy Policy
How your information supports your learning experience, and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible for your information
Glooply is developed and operated by Elias David Ceriola. This policy covers the Glooply app and website. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@updates.glooply.com.
Information collected
When you begin as a guest, Glooply creates an account with a generated identifier. Your learning activity is stored on the service and associated with that account. This includes goals, quiz answers, session results, topic mastery, streaks, and other progress information.
If you link an account, Glooply receives the information needed to recognize you when you sign in. Email sign-in uses your email address and a verification code. Sign in with Apple provides an account identifier and may provide your name and email address, including an Apple relay address if you choose Hide My Email.
Information you submit may include your display name, custom topics, coaching messages, and support correspondence. If you enable push notifications, a device notification token is used to deliver them. Technical information, such as app version, device details, network request information, and error diagnostics, may be processed to operate and maintain the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide quizzes and learning features, save and synchronize progress, authenticate accounts, manage subscription access, deliver requested notifications, respond to support requests, and investigate errors or misuse.
Services that help operate Glooply
Service providers process information needed for hosting, data storage, authentication emails, notifications, and diagnostics. Apple handles App Store payments. RevenueCat processes subscription identifiers and purchase status to manage Pro access. Glooply does not receive your full payment card details. Sentry processes error and performance diagnostics.
AI features use OpenRouter and the model providers serving a request. Depending on the feature, requests may include the topic you enter, coaching messages and relevant conversation history, or a summary of your learning activity. Avoid including sensitive personal information in these inputs. Provider processing is also subject to the applicable provider’s policies.
Shared activity and content
Your display name and relevant scores may be visible on leaderboards. When you share a challenge, anyone with its link may access the challenge details, your display name, and shared results. Share links only with people you intend to receive them. Custom topics may be reviewed for inclusion in the shared library.
Website storage
The website stores your appearance preference in your browser when you select light or dark mode. This setting is used to remember your choice on later visits. Hosting services may process request logs, including IP addresses, for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
Retention and deletion
Account information and learning records are retained to provide your account and its features. You can request account deletion from Profile in the app. This removes your account and associated personal learning records, including private custom topics and coaching history, from the active service.
Deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription or remove records held independently by Apple or other providers under their own policies. Limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. Shared library content may remain after its association with your account is removed.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can use guest access, link an account, manage notification permissions in your device settings, and request account deletion. To request access to, correction of, or a copy of your personal information, contact support@updates.glooply.com. Account verification may be required to protect your information.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a concern with a privacy authority. Glooply does not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
International processing and security
Glooply and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Glooply is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child below this age has provided personal information, contact the support address so the account can be investigated and the information removed as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel where required.
